Return Policy

In accordance with current legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can request a return in two ways:

  • Through the online form in your customer account.
  • By sending an email to our Customer Service at returns@medorai.it, clearly stating your intention to cancel the purchase and including your order details.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Intact, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Sealed in its original packaging.

Some products are excluded from the right of return. These include:

  • Perishable goods.
  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons once opened.
  • Gift cards.
  • Certain health and personal care items.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of the item and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or the proof of shipment, whichever comes first. The refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method, according to the processing times of your payment provider.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We accept exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our Customer Service at returns@medorai.it.


Return Shipping Costs

In accordance with current legislation, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

However, in case of defective or damaged items, the return shipping costs will be covered by us.
